Additions, Deletions and Adoption of Agenda New committee member. Joel Downs requested an addition to the agenda - Live Streaming of Council Meetings. Following this addition, the agenda was unanimously approved. 4. Approval ofJune 19, 2023. Meeting Minutes The minutes were unanimously approved as submitted. a. Recruitment strategy - status /next steps the request for volunteers monthly on FaceBook. 5. Old Business FaceBook Debl Bledsoc will investigate the feasibility and implementation of repeating Flyers - Pauline Morris will create new: flyers to place in a stand at Village Hall during events such as. Meet with the Mayor. Will be copied on bright paper. Committee has budget to do this. Need to edit flyers to state "Wesley Chapel Residents Only." New Business a. 25th Anniversary Village of Wesley Chapel - debrief Attendance - was less than hoped for primarily due to hot weather conditions. Activities - excellent feedback and participation with fire department and face painter. Food trucks - Taco truck did not achieve minimum sales goal. Jersey Mike's donated Trees-6 60 of the 25 trees remain to be sold. Plaques have been ordered. Planning for Artwork - it was proposed that the winning artwork from the anniversary contest be placed on foam board, framed, and displayed at Village Hall. Communications committee has the budget for this and will take the lead on getting this completed. Committee agreed tol hold on this item until it can be revisited with the Village Council. Live Stream of Council meetings -Committee members shared previous efforts to introduce Live Streaming of Council Meetings and the reasons it was unsuccessful.
