PARRYVILLE BOROUGH COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES July29,2020 Present: Cathy Hawk, President; Sharon Hinkle Vice President; Penni Szoke; Donald Smith; Monica Kunkle; Solicitor Robert Frycklund Not Present: Secretary Tiffany Oakley; Treasurer Dana Brubaker; Mayor Dan Graver Meeting commenced at 7:07pm and recorded Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes - June 15, 2020. Motion by S. Hinkle; 2nd by M. Kunkle; motion carried. Public Comments Joe Bennett, new owner of former Harley Davison property. Proposed Intermunicipal Agreement between Parryville Borough and Franklin Township = concerns from Atty. Frycklund expressed in email concerning the sewage issue with potential tenant DaVita Dialysis and the financial responsibility. Agreed to have joint meeting on August 5, 2020, at 7:30pm between Parryville Council and Franklin o Atty. Frycklund stated that Franklin Township will advertise this public meeting Joan Blose -1 road to cemetery is very bad. Said that there is money for other roads, but not this one. Road Master Doug Hawk shared how milling the road was not an option due to rebar, steel, brick, concrete, etc. beingj just below the macadam; plan is toj put hot macadam.
