Parryville Borough  Special Borough Council Meeting  February 2, 2019  Meeting was called to order 8:00 AM by President Cathy Hawk, followed by the Pledge of  Allegiance.  Other members present were: Sharon Hinkle, Penni Szoke, Patty Wentz and ecretary-Treasurer Dana Brubaker. Solicitor Robert Frycklund, Ralph Washburn and Mayor Kevin Greenzweig were  not present  Planning Commission Members in attendance: Adam Christman and Penni Szoke  PUBLIC COMMENTS: No comments  The Planning Commission members provided the Council update of the plan review for Parryville Properties, LLC. The alternative engineer, Matt Keffer, provided his written comments  in advance of the meeting  MOTION: Sharon Hinkle made and Patty Wentz seconded a motion to reject the Parryville Properties, LLC lot line revision plan based on the recommendation of the Planning Commission and the Borough Alternative Engineer. All in favor. Motion  passed.  The Planning Commission members provided the Council update of the plan review for the Keystone Harley Davidson Sub-Division Plan. The Borough Engineer, Eric Snyder, provided his  written comments in advance of the meeting  MOTION: Sharon Hinkle made and Patty' Wentz seconded a motion to reject the subdivision plan submitted by Keystone Harley Davison based on the recommendation of the Planning Commission and the Borough Engineer. All in  favor. Motion passed.    MOTION: Penni Szoke made and Sharon Hinkle seconded a motion to adjourn the  special meeting at 8:47 am. All in favor.
