Resolution 2024-17: Tax Abatement for AL Greenfield in the amount of $186,245  Cullman Economic Development Agency Project Manager Stanley Kennedy addressed the Commission and stated that this project will be located in Dodge City. This company focuses on taking out the industrial waste that ends up in our wastewater system and stopping it from getting. jammed up. For example, watery oil, adhesives, etc., they take out before they get into our water facilities and then packaged to be disposed ofina non-hazardous way. They are going to hire 51 people with wages between $261 to $30 an hour. Commissioner Freeman made a motion to approve Resolution 2024-17:Tax. Abatement for AL Greenfield in the amount of $186,245. Resolution 2024-18: Authorize Chairman to sign Maintenance Agreement for Railroad upgrades to marking, County Engineer Philip Widner stated ALDOT has a fund for specific projects like this one to upgrade railroad crossings, markings and signs. When their year rolled over the software did not carry over some of our CARTS vehicles and when they went back to do the review they found some that were left off and added those backon.
