The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Jay Thompson and Invocation was  given by Commissioner Bill Tatum. STATE OF ALABAMA COUNTY OF AUTAUGA )  AUTAUGA COUNTY COMMISSION  MINUTE EXCERPTS AND MOTION FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANTTO THE ALABAMA OPEN MEETINGS LAW  A05-0145  WHEREAS, the Autauga County Commission, with a quorum being present, was conducting a regular Commission Meeting on the 20th day of April, 2021, the time, date, place and agenda of which were duly announced and notices of which were posted in accordance with the Alabama Open Meetings Law, Act 2005-40 (Act); and, WHEREAS, during the course of said meeting, a motion was made by Commission member Tatum for the Commission to go into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing real estate transactions and economic development, being one oft thet following  purposes authorized by the Act:  Reputation and Character Disciplinary Matters Legal Advice and Counsel Security Plans Law Enforcement Real Estate Transactions Trade Secrets Public Employee Negotiations Quasi-Judicial Deliberations  which motion was seconded by Commission member Stoudemire; and,  WHEREAS, the Commission Attorney advised the Commission that a declaration was required byt the Acti for an Executive Sessioni ifi itv was in regard to any oft the following  purposes:  Legal Advice and Counsel Law Enforcement Trade Secrets Employee Negotiations  WHEREAS, Kyle C.
