Board of Supervisors Continued Meeting Minutes October 22, 2024  25  Call To Order: The monthly meeting of the Cumberland Township Board of Supervisors was called to order on  October 22, 2024, at 100 Municipal Road, Carmichaels Pa 15320 at 2:00pm. CDBG:  a. Motion to accept the CDBG management plan of Greene County to Include Entitlements Cumberland Township, Franklin Township & Waynesburg Borough titled Community Development Block Grant Management Plan adopted by the County of Greene for the CDBGFY  2024 entitlement grant submission. b. Motioned by: Mr. Nicholson Seconded by: Mr. Hastings d. Discussion and Comments: None Vote: Motion Carries Unanimously  G. CDBG:  a. Motion to approve Section 504 Self-Evaluation of Project for FY-2024 for Cumberland Township's CDBG activity and submit to the County of Greene to include in their Section 504 Self-Evaluation.  b. Motion to accept the yearly review completed by the County of Greene of thei following required CDBG plans which include Cumberland Township: Section 504 Plan, Residential Anti Displacement and Relocation Plan, Citizen Participation Plan, MBE/WBE Plan, Section 3 Action Plan, and Fair  Housing Action Plan. b. Motion to certify that we are following the County of Greene's Residential Anti-Displacement and Relocation Plan which includes Entitlements of Cumberland Township, Franklin Township, and Waynesburg Borough for all contracts in which the County of Greene serves as the OBO (on behalf of) Cumberland Township which was approved by Resolution 12-2017 and reviewed by the  County of Greene for 2024. b. Motion to adopt a Resolution 11-2024 authorizing application submission to the Department of Community and Economic Development for the FY-2024 Entitlement allocation of $119,176b by the County of Greene OBO (on behalf of) Cumberland Township and have Samuel H.
