Grissinger explained that the rate for the Virtrue Secure Email Renewal went up significantly in cost but he was able to secure Motion by Commissioner Hann to authorize Rick Grissinger to move forward with E- signing the Virtrue Secure Email Contract at a rate of $1,842.40 per year, contingent on the company accepting the contract on ai five-year basis.
