All ini favor.  Commissioner Ulsh opened the meeting with a silent prayer and recited the Pledge of Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the Tuesday, January 28, 2020 Meeting Minutes. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve the accounts payable dated. January 31, 2020 ini the  amount of $224,702.94 All ini favor. The Board met with Lisa Mellott-McConany, Karen Hann McFadden, Lisa Beatty, Carol Wright, Eldon Martin and Bradley Seville regarding 2020 Primary Election Follow up. The Board met with Michael Lamb, Wessel & Co and Lisa Beatty, Fiscal Administrator regarding the flash report and a summary of Retirement Investments that was distributed last week. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to enter Executive Session with Court Administrator, Mark Singer Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to exit Executive Session at 11:00 a.m, All ini favor. No action  at 10:30a.m. All in favor.  was taken.    The Board met along with Carol Wright, HR Administrator regarding follow up on the Health  Care Costs for 2020.  The Board met with Bradley Seville, Director of Building & Grounds.  Based on the last Safety Committee Meeting, Solicitor Stein and insurance purposes, a Motion by Commissioner Shives that a NO Dog Policy be enforced for all County Owned Buildings  unless it's a Service Animal.
