LAWRENCE MEETING MINUTES Thursday, October 10, 2024 CALL TO ORDER: The meeting oft the St. Lawrence Borough Council was called to order at 7:30 PMI by ROLLCALL: Council President Robert May did roll call, thet following members were present; RobertJ. May, Council President, David' W. Eggert, Council Vice President, Michael Fritz, Member, Steve Geibel, Member, Gregory Zawilla, Member, Corrie Zana, Borough Mayor, Derrek Rhoads, Roadmaster, Allison Leinbach, Borough Manager Treasurer, Borough Solicitor Joan London, and Amanda Muso, Borough Secretary. Borough Engineer Pamela Stevens was late tot tonight's meeting and Rev. D. Michael Bennethum, Member, as well as Member, Warren Lubenow, were absent for tonight's meeting. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: The minutes from the previous special meeting were presented to the MOTION: David Eggert made the motion to approve the minutes as presented; seconded by Mike Fritz; APPROVAL AND PAYMENT OF THE BILLS: AllI bills requiring payment and ratification up to andi including October 9, 2024 were presented to Council prior toi the meeting for review. Bills requiring payment and ratification fromi the general fund up until October 9, 20241 totaled $206,382.72; sewer fund totaled $67,352.24; liquid fuels fund totaled $7,642.96; fire tax fund totaled $0.00; EMS taxi fund totaled $0.00. MOTION: Dave Eggert made the motion authorizing payment and ratification of all bills presented; TREASURER'S REPORT: The treasurer's report was presented to Council prior to the meeting for review. MOTION: David Eggert made the motion to approve the treasurer's report as presented and filei iti for GENERAL: $494,415.95 SEWER: $219,957.30 RESERVES: $196,880.381 LIQUID FUELS: $252,522.73 FIRETAX:$5,450.97 Council President Mr. RobertJ.N May, on Thursday, October 10, 2024. EMS TAXF FUND: $1,242.87; TOTALI FUNDE BALANCE: $1,170,470.20 PUBLIC COMMENT: There were no public comments made. REPORT OF THE BOROUGH ENGINEER - PAMELA STEVENS, SDE Pamela! Stevens submitted her report which was added to council's packet for review prior tot the meeting. Pamela gave an update regarding the MORE Grant. Since the borough is purchasing a new Borough Hall, we asked if the MORE Grant was ablet to be transferred tot the new property. Talking with the grant representatives we should be able to move the funds tot the new building while also addinga generator and pole building toi the grant. Pamela will continue to work with the representatives on making the changes. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: NONE NEW BUSINESS MOTION: To make the following 2024 contributions: a. b. C. d.
