Manager's Report - November 2024-11/4/24  General Fund Related  1.11"A Avenue Property:  The: subdivision plan wasi recorded at the Snyder County Courthouse on October 10th.  The sewer pump was installed on October 16th. The crew has installed the 1%"s sewer line, approx. 450', from the houset toi the main. There are fewi items left to finish inside and then the house will be ready to  advertise for sale, as early as the end of they year. The 2025 vehicle was put into service in late October.  2.2 2025/2017 Police Vehicle Update:  We could advertise the 2017 Explorer on Municibid, a governmental bidding website, (as wel have done in the past with other vehicles) and have the bids back fort the December meeting or agree on ar minimum bid Update: Since our last meeting, there nowi is ap potential tenant interested in developing the site and preliminary meetings are being set up to discuss their ideas, however, there has been not formal application submitted. Iti is my understanding that if the developer proceeds with the project the agreement will have to be rewritten (again) sincei the original development plan included a separate grant for the 11"h Avenue Shamokin Dam Borough will once again be named as al beneficiary of a portion of the proceeds. The annual Golf Tournament is scheduled tol bel held onJ June 25",2025 at the Susquehanna Valley Country Club. We received our Act 205 2024 Distress Determination Scoret for calendar year 2022. The score is 0, which is good, meaning that our plan is funded ratio is over 90%. Our funding ratioi is currently 96%, which is solid. DEP Filter Plant Performance Evaluation Findings (FPPE Inspection): We have responded to their comments and are waiting for areply. 3. Main Reservoir Compartment Inspections and' Washout (Compartments #2 & #3):  The washout andi interior inspection were submitted to the Borough. The company suggests rehabilitation of each compartment over the next fewy years. lam waiting fort the scope of work and cost estimates fori the Utility Services submitted a proposal inspect compartment #4. This inspection will be done with an underwater camera system. The costi is $1,600.00, which willi include at fully detailed report of their  service.  4. Main Reservoir Roof Repairs:  The roof joints repairs were done on October 21stand 22nd.1 The next steps for the roof are power washing the Utility Services submitted a proposal to inspect the clarifier. The cost is $3,500.00, which will also include a  deck and recoating the concrete. This work will be scheduled in 2025.  6.
