Mayor Bender called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m. CALL TO ORDER REVIEW REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING AGENDA ITEMS During review oft the agenda Mayor Bender advised the proclamation would need to bej postponed as the Sisters are on a retreat and can't attend the meeting. Council Member Lenski also advised that the invited guest, Abdul Kolawole, had to go to work sO this item will need to be postponed as well. None REVIEW CORRESPONDENCE CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT DISCUSSION ITEMS Update ofOngoing Projects Bender] Attorney Ross said an Executive Session will be needed to discuss pending litigation. City Manager Pepper reviewed the ongoing projects. He said that five (5) bids were received for thel buildout ofthel Market for Crooked Can. Funding oft the Community Center was discussed and consensus was that if the grants don't come through, financing through the Georgia Municipal Association's Brick and Mortar program could be an option. He said that thirteen (13) bids were received for the North Road and Wisteria Drive project and were under review by Larry Kaiser with Collaborative Infrastructure Services, Inc.
