HAMILTON ST., 5TH FLOOR, DALTON, GA, 30720 SPECIAL CALLED MEETING The Chairman called the meeting to order. Pledge of allegiance to the Flag Roll call to determine quorum The following members were present: Jevin Jensen, Chairman Barry W. Robbins, Vice Chairman Robby Staten, Member John Thomas, Member Greg Jones, Member Others Present: Bob Sivick, County Administrator Robert Smalley, County Attorney Jackie Carlo, Human Resources Director Motion was made by Commissioner Jones and seconded by Commissioner Staten to approve the agenda as presented. The motion was approved 4-0, with Commissioners Jones, Thomas, 5:00PM - Executive Session - Personnel: Motion was made by Commissioner Robbins and seconded by Commissioner Jones to go into executive session for the purposes of Personnel. The motion was approved 4-0, with Commissioners Thomas, Robbins, Staten and Jones in agreement. Present for the executive session was Chairman Jensen, Commissioners Robbins, Thomas, Jones and Staten, County Attorney Robert Smalley, County Administrator Bob Sivick and Human Resources Director Jackie Carlo. 6:00 PM Motion was then made by Commissioner Robbins and seconded by Commissioner Jones to come out of Executive Session. The motion was approved 4-0, with Commissioners Staten, Thomas, 6:01PM - Executive Session - Potential Litigation: Motion was made by Commissioner Robbins and seconded by Commissioner Jones to go into executive session for the purposes of Potential Litigation. The motion was approved 4-0, with Commissioners Thomas, Robbins, Staten and Jones in agreement. Present for the executive session was Chairman Jensen, Commissioners Robbins, Thomas, Jones and 6:11PM = Motion was then made by Commissioner Robbins and seconded by Commissioner Staten to come out of Executive Session.
