Call Meeting to Order  Vice Chairman Natt called the meeting to order at 9 a.m.  II. Pledge of Allegiance III. Adoption of Agenda  Assistant Secretary Tucker with a second from Member Thalimer made a motion to adopt the agenda as published. Motion carried 3-0 (Luth and Radzikinas absent).  IV. New Business  A.
