MINUTES OF MEETING: July 30, 2024  1. Call to order: Mayor Pratka called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM. Matt Miller, Joe Pustejovsky, and Chris Nors were present.  2. Roll Call: present council members - Mayor David Pratka, Cody Harris, Natalie Kelinske, 3. On a motion by Cody Harris, seconded by Matt Miller; Approval of an ordinance authorizing the conveyance of0.0042 acre tract of land and a 0.333 acre tract of land located at the City of West Wastewater Treatment Plant in exchange for real property and easements from the abutting property owners; authorizing the Mayor to convey said propertyauthorizing: the Mayor to execute 4. On a motion by Matt Miller, seconded by Chris Nors; Approval of St. Mary's Football Field sewer minimum charge for the next 12 months and ifa new meter goes in before the end of year period,  awarranty deed.
