City Manager Ramos stated this is a standard renewal they do twice ay year. She noted Cadence Bank were increasing their rates. She also advised the council members that City Hall staff had asked about splitting the fee between the city's different accounts, and the bank stated that was not possible. The entire fee will come out oft the general fund account. Mayor Wilkerson. stated the interlocal agreement was sent to our city attorney and this document reflects his edits. Ifapproved the mayor will: send thei interlocal agreement to the County. A water line break was located and repaired in the area between our parking lot and the residence located beside our city! hall. CITY EVENTS/ONGOING PROJECTS 1. Christmas int the Park a. We had 9 vendors present. All reported they enjoyed the event, made a profit, and would like to participate in future city events. The day also included our Annual Christmas Tree lighting, guest appearances by Santa and Mrs. Claus, hot chocolate, popcorn, and a movie in the park. Iwould like to thank Councilman Green, Mayor Wilkerson, Mr. French, Chief Rodriguez, and Hayleigh for helping with the decorating, coordination of the day's events, and clean up. It wasa a.
