Call to Order 2. Invocation 3. Quorum Check  Mayor Robert Smith called the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m.  Mayor Robert Smith gave the invocation.  Quorum Check was called by City Secretary Cheryl Everett. Councilmembers: Phil Adkison, Juan Ramos and Terry Taliaferro  Aquorum was present:  Absent (at Quorum Check): George Knight Other City Officials present: James Freeman, City Administrator Cheryl Everett, City Secretary Rodney McCarty, Field Supervisor Other City Employees present: Other City Affiliates present:  Other Guests present: (as per Sign In Sheet)  4. DISCUSSION. AND ACTION to approve Minutes from previous Council Meetings.  Discussion:  Action.: Councilmember Phil Adkison moved to approve Minutes of the March. 25, 2021 Special Called council meeting. Councilmember. Juan Ramos seconded the motion. Three (3) forand none (0) opposed- Motion. Passed  5. DISCUSSION. AND ACTION ont the City of Hudson Financial Report.  Discussion: James Freeman, City Administrator said the income budget is $170,000. Over budget and the combined expenses is running $434,281.00  under budget.  Action: Councilmember Phil Adkison moved to approve the City of Hudson Financial Report. Councimember Terry Taliaferro. seconded: the motion.
