Annual Budget  Mayor Laurie Boudreaux stated thatthe KSB bank balance is $6,100 and that the budget thât.was handed to Commission Member/Counci Member Kelli Matula the Commission Member Karen Long stated that after reviewing the budget, she has found that KSB was not credited for vendor booth fees or sponsorship money. She stated that it doesnit appear that KSB has received funds from Texas Pride for the last two.years. he contract with' Texas Pride states that KSB is to receive $3,500 annually." Home Tour Update  Commission Member Sheri Buck stated that we still only have two homes confirmed for the tour. Several homes and businesses were provided as potential participants. Commission Member/Counci Member Kelli Matula stated that if do not have at least four homes/businesses by the next meeting, Home Tour will have to be canceled.    Commission Member/Council Member Kelli Matula to inquire at the next City Council meeting if there are any council members that would like to participate. Roundup Update. including vendors, tent and additional coordination efforts. Commission Member Karen Long stated that the vendortent is full of25 vendors. Ifany new vendors sigri up, they will have to bring their owhtent and be placed in Commission Member/Council Member Kelli Matula stated Santa and Mrs. Claus Commission Member Sheri Buck statedthat the Foshee's will be bringing their old truck as part tofthe backdrop for the Santa'and Mrs. Claus pictures. Commission MemberSarah Jordan stated that she has reached out to the six local schools withregard.to their choirs çoming to sing. We will schedule the choirs around Mr. and Mrs, Claus: Mayor Laurie Boudreaux added that if we don'thave enoughschoo! choirs signed upi then we could possibly look into school bands as Commission Member/Council Member Kelli Matula asked about creating a kid Zone in the grass àrea. This will remove Mr. and Mrs. Claus and the crafting area fromunder the tent, making room for more vendors. Mary Molina and Delilah Ferguson will be doing the face painting. Simonton Christian Academy will be in  charge ofthel kids' crafts.    Commission Member/Council Member Kelli Matula stated that we: all need toi reach out to atl least fivel businesses/people I regarding sponsorship money. So: far, wel have Commission Member/Council Member Kelli Matula asked about food trucks. We still do not have anything. Commission Member Angela King to look into Street Corn food truck as well as BBQ or taco food trucks. Commission Member Sheri Commission Member Karen Long stated that weneed tol be ready for Spring 2025 vendor sign ups. Theré is a $10 discount up to60 days prior to Spring Roundup making the vendor fee $40. After this period the vendorb booth fee goes to $50. Commission Member/Council Member Kelli Matula stated that she posted on the KSB Facebook page requesting volunteers for November 10th decorating the city for Christmas.
