CITY OF NEW BERLIN PLANNING AND ZONINGCOMMIESION CITYHALL 9180FM775 SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES Monday, February 20, 2023  CALLTO ORDER:  Thel February 20, 2023, Planning andZ Zoning Commission meeting wascalled to order at 6:37 p.m. by  Chairperson, Diana Strey.  ROLLCALL:  Commission members in attendance were Chairperson Diana Strey, Rachael Howell, Sharon Burger, and EJ Trivette. The Mayor, Walter Williams, was in attendance.  MAYOR'S COMMENTS:  The mayor was in attendance. SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA  DISCUSSION /ACTION REGARDING the petition to include property in ETJ from Dale Koehler of DMK Land Development, LLC. Property known as Scattered Oaks Development needs approval for the final platting. He has received all approvals from Guadalupe County EJ' Trivette made a motion to approval the platting and submit to city council for final  and needs this final approval to move forward with development.  approval. Motion was seconded by Rachael Howell. Motion Passed  ADJOURNMENT  Meeting was adjourned at 6:40pm.
