CITY OF NEW BERLIN CITY HALL 9180 FM 775 REGULAR MEETING MINUTES Monday, June 5, 2023  PLANNING AND ZONINGCOMMISSION  CALLTO ORDER:  TheJune 5, 2023, Planning and Zoning Commissionmeeting was called to order at' 7:03 p.m. by  Chairperson, Diana Strey.  ROLL CALL:  Commission members in attendance were Chairperson Diana Strey, Vice Chairman Jeff Wurzbach, Rachael Howell, Sharon Burger and New Berlin City Council Liaison Kim  Schlichting. EJ Trivette was absent. The mayor was not in attendance. CHAIRPERSON'S COMMENTS:  MAYOR'S COMMENTS:  No comments were made by the Chairperson. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING  Minutes ofMeeting for March 6, 2023 and April 3, 2023 were approved.  REGULARARAGENDA  DISCUSSION /ACTION REGARDING for the subdivision of land requests from owners of  properties located in the city limits.  Century Oaks Subdivision on Santa Clara Road by R&D Custom Builders to review the plat of  Unit-3 for recommendation to the City Council.  ZONING PLAN  Jeff Wurzbach suggested coming up with goals for this year including working on the Comprehensive Plan and tweaking it. New Members should be given a copy oft the  Comprehensive Plan for their reviews.  DISCUSSIONACTION regarding next month's agenda the holiday. The next meeting is August 7,2 2023.  The next regular meeting scheduled for July 3, 2023 has been approved to be cancelled due to    ANNOUNCEMENTS ADJOURNMENT  No announcements were made.  Meeting was adjourned at 7:28pm.
