CITY OF NEW BERLIN PLANNING AND ZONINGCOMMISSION CITYHALL 9180 FM775 SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES Monday, March 16, 2023  CALLTO ORDER:  Thel March 16, 2023, PlanningandZoning: Commissionn metingwascalledt to order at 6:32 p.m. by  Chairperson, Diana Strey.  ROLL CALL:  Commission members in attendance were Chairperson Diana Strey, Jeff Wurzbach, Rachael Howell,and EJ Trivette. City Counsel Liaison Kim Schlichting was present.  Sharon Burger was absent.  MAYOR'S COMMENTS:  The mayor was not in attendance. SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA  DISCUSSION /ACTION REGARDING the petition to subdivide & include parts of property in City Limits & ETJ from Central Texas Processing. Request to change zoning of part of the property off of FM 775 to commercial for new retail and processing center. The commission reviewed his plans and made suggestions to follow the new city plan. Central Texas Processing needs work to have survey work done and other forms completed prior to final  approval to move forward with development.  ADJOURNMENT  Meeting was adjourned at 6:52 pm.
