ROLL CALL:  Commission members in attendance were Chairperson Diana Strey, Vice Chairman Jeff Wurzbach, Rachael Howell, EJ Trivette and New Berlin City Council Liaison Kim  Schlichting. Sharon Burger was absent. The mayor was not in attendance. CHAIRPERSON'S COMMENTS:  MAYOR'S COMMENTS:  No comments were made by the Chairperson.  MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING  Minutes of Special Meeting/March Meeting were approved.  REGULARARAGENDA  DISCUSSION/ACTION REGARDING for the subdivision of land requests from owners of  properties located in the city limits.  1317 Zuehl Crossing /1325 Zuehl Crossing  ZONING PLAN  Continued work on the Comprehensive Plan for their reviews. DISCUSSIONACTION regarding next month's agenda The commission will meet on May 1, 2023, at 7:00pm.  ANNOUNCEMENTS ADJOURNMENT  No announcements were made.  Meeting was adjourned at 7:35pm.
