CITY OF NEW BERLIN CITYHALL 9180 FM775 REGULAR MEETING MINUTES Monday, February 6, 2023  PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION  CALLTO ORDER:  TheFebruary 6, 2023,P Planning and Zoning Commission meeting was called to order at' 7:01 p.m. by  Chairperson, Diana Strey.  ROLLCALL:  Commission members in attendance were Chairperson Diana Strey, Vice Chairman Jeff Wurzbach, Rachael Howell, Sharon Burger and New Berlin City Council Liaison Kim  Schlichting. EJ Trivette was absent. The mayor was not in attendance. CHAIRPERSON'S COMMENTS:  MAYOR'S COMMENTS:  No comments were made by the Chairperson. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING Minutes of Special Meeting were approved.  REGULARAGENDA  DISCUSSION /ACTION REGARDING for the subdivision of land requests from owners of  properties located in the city limits. No one came forward.  ZONING PLAN  Jeff Wurzbach suggested coming up with goals for this year including working on the Comprehensive Plan and tweaking it. New Members should be given a copy ofthe  Comprehensive Plan for their reviews.  DISCUSSION/ACTION regarding next month's agenda The commission will meet on March 6, 2023, at 7:00pm.  ANNOUNCEMENTS  No announcements were made.    ADJOURNMENT  Meeting was adjourned at 7:25pm.
