CITY € OF NEW BERLIN CITYHALL 9180 FM7 775 REGULAR MEETING MINUTES Monday, March 6, 2023  PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION  CALLTO ORDER:  Thel March 6, 2023, Planning and Zoning Commissioni meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m. by  Chairperson, Diana Strey.  ROLLCALL:  Commission members in attendance were Chairperson Diana Strey, Vice Chairman Jeff Wurzbach, Rachael Howell, EJ Trivette and New Berlin City Council Liaison Kim  Schlichting. Sharon Burger was absent. The mayor was not in attendance. CHAIRPERSON'S COMMENTS:  MAYOR'S COMMENTS:  No comments were made by the Chairperson.  MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING  Minutes of Special Meeting/February Meeting were approved.  REGULARAGENDA  DISCUSSION /ACTION REGARDING for the subdivision of land requests from owners of  properties located in the city limits.  Dale Koehler ofDMK Land requested a change on his development property in the ETJ Jeff Wurzbach suggested coming up with goals for this year including working on the Comprehensive Plan and tweaking it. New Members should be given a copy ofthe  ZONING PLAN  Comprehensive Plan for their reviews.  DISCUSSION/ACTION regarding next month's agenda The commission will meet on April 3, 2023, at 7:00pm.  ANNOUNCEMENTS  No announcements were made.    ADJOURNMENT  Meeting was adjourned at 7:28pm.
