Public Hearing Conduct a public hearing on a proposed Re-Zone for the property located at 1001 N Lacy Drive and N Lacy Drive (no 911 address) to rezone 2 lots from C2 Neighborhood Services to C3 Commercial, General. The public hearing opened at 6:06 p.m. Nobody was present to speak at this time.
