Call to Order and Certification of a Quorum Mayor Robin Collins called the Kemah Council Meeting/Kemah Public Facilities Corporation Meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Kemah City Hall. Present were City Councilmembers Teresa Vazquez-Evans, Justin Staton, Isaac Saldana, and Darren Broadus. Council Member Doug Meisinger was absent and there was a quorum. 2.
