City of Denton Bond Oversight Committee  After determining that a quorum was present, the Bond Oversight Committee oft the City of Denton, Texas, convened in a Regular Meeting on Friday, September 6, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. in the Training Rooms 1-4, at the Development Service Center, 401 North Elm Street, Denton, Texas. PRESENT: Vice-Chair Brandon McCleskey, and Members Randy Robinson, Janet Shelton, and Tamsyn  Price.  ABSENT: Chair Patrick Smith, and Members Susan Parker and Tim Crouch.  1. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION  A. BOC24-005 Consider approval oft the minutes for December 1, 2023.  The item was presented and approved. Randy Robinson motioned to approve the minutes; Janet  seconded the motion.
