Public comment topics not already on the agenda. Patrick Connor- Would like the irrigation at Regional Park as a parks priority. Kyle McVay spoke as a citizen  and also expressed concern about Regional Park irrigation. III. Consider and approve minutes from previous meeting(s). Motion: Accept minutes from last meeting. Review irrigation status for the Regional Park and its soccer fields by Parks Director. Jonah Chang. Currently, crewi is using water trailer currently (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). League is also helping with watering. TCEQ approved pumping water: from wastewater treatment plant. May need approval from an engineer and can use city engineer. Still in the works.    VII. Update and take appropriate action on Park's Board priority list of projects.  Discussion  Discussed priority list fori items, how to decide, based on needs VS. wants VS. cost. Discussed and  categorized some obvious needs. Infrastructure maintenance priority needs  Parking- regional park (may need tol be staggered between moving volleyball courts, moving bollards,  upper parking) Upgrading park electrical Upgrading park RV bathhouse Protection pool heaters Pool cover Irrigation  Community use: infrastructure Restrooms regional Shade covers regional playground space Trash containers New projects Pickleball Fitness equipment Playground lions park 134 village park pocket park  Softball updates- new. lights, bathroom, upgrade fencing  Nicole offered to organize list for more discussion at ai future date.
