Current results from survey: ntps/nppwsuneymonkaycomrNBGCYH Discussed pickle ball at Regional Park VS. Lions Park. Surveyindicates more people wantit at Regional Park. Further discussion of using temporary nets on current courts with check  outsystem at Regional Park.  b. Regional Park Pool schedule for the rest of the season  Pooli is looking at adding some open swim days for. July and August. Constructionc on  community center currently delayed. C. Memorial tree and bench application  Jonah reviewed updates to form and indicates he is still working on pricing.  d. Parkrules  Jonah shared update and indicated that document is almost ready to go to council for  approval. Need to update Lion's Park rules to mirror Regional Park.  e. New grant opportunities  New grant opportunities have been identified. The citywould have to match grants if approved. Itc could be al little late in applying since grants are due in August. Ai town hall  meeting would possible be needed in August.  VI. Update from the Friends of Castroville Regional Park by Helen Delevan. Helen not present- update provided by Nicol per message from Helen. Date for 2024 Boo Bash at the parki is Saturday October 26th from 4:30p- 7:30p.  VII. General updates:  a. Review parks special projects funds budget and procedures in September 2024 d. Discussion on Phase Il of Pool additions in 2025 including additional changing areas,  showers, and restrooms.  e.
