Community Forum: None 5. County Correspondence: According to state law ESD's have to provide a financial report and audit. Since the ESD hasn't existed for a whole year yet Judge Clark presents a letter from ESD#3 oftheir effort to comply with state requirements. (see attachment.) Commissioner Burns (Verbal) presents an update on the TCEQ meeting. Burns reports Upper Trinity Groundwater Conservation District General Manager, Doug Shaw, proposed there be some changes including being able to drill a single well and do a test on that one rather than multiple wells SO there's no need for a small subdivision to do a number of wells since there is no exemption for one or two splits. The TCEQ will not be making decisions before November. Commissioner Lambert (Verbal) reports CR 4668 will be closed down on the 16th, 6. Bryan Stevens with Stevens, Bash and Cartwright presents aj proposal for health insurance renewal. He reports the claim rate ratio this year to be 120.9% loss ratio. After negotiations, Stevens was able to get our increased renewal rate from 8.9% to 5.24 %. (see attachment) 9. Donations: None 10. Bids: Allen (Verbal) presents a couple ofitems for informational purposes: Prec.1 postponed taking a tractor to the July Ritchie Bros auction to the September Auction; no additional paperwork needed. TAC Safety Program has been delayed and changed; will have more Sheriff's office has a total loss vehicle still pending their decision ofwhether they want to buy it back or let the insurance company pick it up.
