County Sheriff Request:  I. Discuss and consider approving a donation of $10,000 from Occidental Petroleum Corporation (OXY)to Andrews County Sheriff Rusty Stewart to be used at his discretion for  H2S Monitors and other equipment. Take action as necessary.  7. Airport Request:  I.D Discuss and consider approving the Hanger Lease Agreement between Andrews County and Chris Myers for leasing Hanger No.D2 for $115.00 per month at the Andrews County  Airport, effective November 05, 2024. Take action as necessary.  8. Human Resource Request:  I. Discuss and consider the transfer of Zach Holley, from Juvenile Probation Officer, Grade 13 Step 8, $30.85 per hour, to the County Attorney's Office as an Investigator, Grade 10 Step 13, $30.60 per hour. Salary and fringes will be paid for by the SB22 Grant given to the County Attorney's office effective November 14, 2024. Take action as necessary.  9. County Auditor Request:  I. Discuss and consider allowing Justice Neri Flores to retain the judge's robe she utilized during her tenure as Justice of the Peace for Pct. 2&3 as she retires on or about November  15, 2024.
