FINANCIALS - FY'24:  County Budget for CSA Services: $2,300,000 State Allocations: (total State Allocations: $1,755,022) Medicaid Match: Only completed thru FY23 -CSA Wrap-Around. Allocation: $29,175 -FY24 Supplement #1 ($1,248,462.75) FINANCIAIS-FY25 County Budget for CSA Services: $3,000,000 State Allocations: (total State Allocations: $2,049,595) -Medicaid Match: completed thru. July 31st -CSA' Wrap-Around. Allocation: $19,374 -PSSF FY25:$18,000: SVCS & $715 Mthly CW Visits/Staff  Expenditures & Encumbrances  $ 24,868.10 $ 2,698,062.73 (Potential Final) $ 6,063.75 (Final) $ 17,199.48 (FINAL)  -CSA Services Allocation: $1,710,173 mandated & $15,674 prot/non-mand. -PSSF FY24:$18,000 svcs & $715 Mthly CW' Visits/Staff ($715t transferredi to BL855)  $ 7,356.80 $3,029,152.29 $ -0- $ 800.00  -CSA: Services Allocation: $2,021,893 mandated & $27,702 prot/non-mand.  I    4. ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS: (copies provided).  a) Belinda Farnham presented the Children's! Services Monthly Report for August 2024-F FY25/CPMTI Monthly CQI Report b) Belinda Farnham went over the SEC meeting that she participated in on Sept 12th as well as went over the email that was sent outf from OCS on September 18th. The email referenced the proposed State Executive Council (SEC) Policies *Pool Fund Reimbursement: This has already been signed by Approved by Charla Schubert this will affect the localities *Administrative Funds: Streamline the approval process Only the Fiscal Agent will needi to: sign. This funding stream *Policy 4.42: Removed. The language is a direct quote. This is already int the Appropriation Act and not fiscal impact The financial and administrative items were reviewed and on a motion by Tracy King and seconded by Chery! Smith, all Alli items presented and/or amended and approved will change full local policy/procedures and/or by-laws as necessary. 5. Cathy James moved that CPMT goi into Closed Session in accordance with the Code of Virginia 2.2-3711(A) (4) for the protection of the privacy ofi individuals in personal matters not related to public business. The Team approved. a. Case Reviews, service plans, FAPT/CPMT/FSP/FC Plan Review/Funding Tables, case updates, purchase order requests, additional approvals, FAPT email approvals, parental co-pays, and any other case spedificinformation: were discussed.  open for public comment. Belinda Farnham sent this email to all CPMT members  time frame on putting in for reimbursements from the state.  *Policy 4.3: Removed. To date no locality has used this and will have no local fiscal impact. has already been signed by Charla Schubert andi funding should reach locality in October.  items were approved as presented or amended.  6. LaWanda Dunn moved the CPMT open meeting be reconvened. The Team approved.  7. LaWanda Dunn moved that CPMT certify in accordance with the Code OfVA2 2.2-3712(D); during the Closed Session only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting requirements oft the Freedom of Information Act and only such public business matters as were identified in the motion for the Closed Session were discussed. The Team approved. 8. - Upona a motion by Cathy James, seconded by Cheryl Smith, and carried by the CPMT members present,. Action Related to Authorizations of Payment fori the Procurement of Services on Behalf of Children, all cases were approved as presented or  amended during closed: session.
