I 4. ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS: (copies provided). a) Belinda Farnham presented the Children's! Services Monthly Report for August 2024-F FY25/CPMTI Monthly CQI Report b) Belinda Farnham went over the SEC meeting that she participated in on Sept 12th as well as went over the email that was sent outf from OCS on September 18th. The email referenced the proposed State Executive Council (SEC) Policies *Pool Fund Reimbursement: This has already been signed by Approved by Charla Schubert this will affect the localities *Administrative Funds: Streamline the approval process Only the Fiscal Agent will needi to: sign. This funding stream *Policy 4.42: Removed. The language is a direct quote. This is already int the Appropriation Act and not fiscal impact The financial and administrative items were reviewed and on a motion by Tracy King and seconded by Chery! Smith, all Alli items presented and/or amended and approved will change full local policy/procedures and/or by-laws as necessary. 5. Cathy James moved that CPMT goi into Closed Session in accordance with the Code of Virginia 2.2-3711(A) (4) for the protection of the privacy ofi individuals in personal matters not related to public business.
