Roll Call Vote: Mr. Mr. David Andrews requested that the Board consider adopting ai noise ordinance. Since the spring of 2022, ai resident on Waddletown Rd, Bland hasl had four events that included live bands with amplifiers, light shows and invited guests. The spring show of this year started around 5:30 p.m. and lasted until 11:20 p.m. The noise level coming from this neighbor's residence on Waddletown: Rd was far more than whati is acceptable, more than a barking dog or any farm equipment. The amplified bass sound was rattling windows in my house. There are approximately 121 houses in this neighborhood that could hear the music. The Sheriff's Office was called on thati night and we were told that without a noise ordinance there was not anything that could be done. Mr. Andrews requested that the Board adopta a noise ordinance that would not allow an amplified band and an advertised music event tol be held in a residential area. He feels that citizens have an equal right tol have aj peaceful level of noise. He thanked the Board for their Mr..
