I'm here to present the redevelopment 6 of 2912 Emmorton Road. 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 We're proposing to tear the bank down and build a new structure, a coffee use with two arive-througn lanes. We have two access points. One entrance is off of 924. Emmorton Road is the site. We have another entrance : secondary entrance off of Singer Road but also accesses the site. So we have two entrances. We are proposing to widen the current drive-through lanes to meet 7 Brew standards. And, once again, as I said, we're tearing down the bank and putting up the new structure. One thing I wanted to note is that we will have much more green area post construction than is currently there now. We plan on meeting all county regulations, zoning regulations.
