The current right-of-way on Hercules Avenue between Third Avenue and Hesperia Road is at 40 feet half-width from center line of Hercules Avenue. Hercules Avenue is not identified as part oft the Hesperia Traffic Circulation Plan, therefore minimum road width requirement is only 301 feet-half widthi from center line. The vacation of this street section will allow the property owners of APN: 0407-061-11 to develop a 14-unit apartment complex and the vacation is requested to conform with the approved site plan review SPR23-00017. After recordation of the street vacation, the southerly 101 feet of Hercules Avenue between Third Avenue and Hesperia Road, will be reverted-back to the respective property owners.
