Ms. Shaw  Discussion: None Motion Carried Mrs. Gugliuzza called roll  Agricultural Zoning Discussion  An motion to discuss the agricultural zoning by Mrs. Flemingand 2nd by Mr. Davis  Discussion: Mr. Williams stated a gentleman would like to annex  property off Stratton Road. The parcels on Stratton Road are zoned open rural with the county. The residents have asked to keep the open rural zoning ifthey  move forward with the annexation.  Motion Carried Mrs. Gugliuzza called roll  A consensus from the council to add the open rural zoning to the next planning and  zoning meeting to discuss.  X.
