Police Chief, Chris Perry, provided an update on Measure H expenditures in the Police Department, ticket writing software, and license plate readers. Deputy Fire Chief, Chris Jelinek, provided an update on Modesto Fire's Fire and EMS program with Modesto Junior College, the training tower project at Fire Station #17 located on Service Road, and funding for fire projects outside of  Ceres.
