(1) The solar collector surface shall be limited to 0.5 percent of the total gross area oft the lot, with at least 125 square feet allowed and no more the 500: square feet when ground-mounted; the solar mounting device shall be limited to no more than 12 feet in height. Ground-mounted systems shall meet the minimum setback distances for the district, be located no closer to the road right-of-way than the front of the principal structure, and' be screened from adjacent properties and streets.
