CITY OF NORTHWEST SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING TUESDAY, APRIL 6, 2021 5:30 PM  ASSEMBLY  The Northwest City Council held a special meeting on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 5:30 Present were: James Knox, Mayor; Councilmen: Charles Carroll, Haywood Miller,  PM, at Northwest City Hall, 4889 Vernon Road.
