PEOPLE PRESENT Susan Hirner - would like an update on Howertown Rd. trafficstudy. Pete stated he was waiting to hear back from our engineer. Roger said he can provide an update on traffic study- completed and ready for council meeting. Roger explained that he and Chief Wolfer are certified to conduct traffic studies. In addition, the police will be conducting speed timing. There is a process to follow and it must be inline with Penn Dot regulations. Discussion Stephanie stated she read the Improvements agreement for the development, it did not provide for traffic control devices, only al left turn lane if deemed necessary. Mark Hillenbrand - came to discuss Autumnfest. He confirmed with Chief Wolfer that the police will do fingerprinting. Autumnfest is this Sunday, with a raindate the following Saturday. There will be stuff for kids, balloons, clown, balloon twisting, bounce house, kiddie train, pumpkin tent. Car show, vendors. Travis will close streets. We asked for prices for a medium grade carpet tile. Annette suggested we get ther money from special WM Henderson proposal for annual maintenance agreement $3360.00. Twice per year. Council projects.
