Carolyn Kerlin and Sandra Barton asked the Commissioners questions about ongoing litigation matters. Also, Huston requested approval on adding services to the current payroll software, Isolved, which would be Motion by Commissioner Hann to approve the "Initial or Add-on Services Order Form" with the county payroll software, Isolved, to include adding time and attendance  amount of $122,206.18. Discussion was made on using grant funding for some of the projects. Meeting dates were also discussed in order to keep updated. County Building and Grounds Director Brad Seville was also in attendance. Motion by Commissioner Hann to approve the following Services for Children Purchase of Service Agreements, effective July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024: eFulton County Family Partnership Children's Advocacy Center of Franklin County Family Care Services, Inc. Appalachian Youth Service and Alternative Behavior Consultants. Motion by Commissioner Hann to approve and execute a Travel Request Form for the Director of Election and Voter Registration Laurel Griest to attend the Annual Election's Conference for 2024 at State College, PA on August 12-15, 2024. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Hann to accept a Letter of Resignation with regret from Adult Probation Officer Madison Stover, effective June 28, 2024. Alli in favor. Motion by Commissioner Wible to approve and execute the 2024 Survey of Polling Place Accessibility forms and to be submitted to the state by Director of Election and Motion by Commissioner Wible to authorize Commissioner Bunch to execute the Form 720, Quarterly Federal Excise Tax Return for 2nd Quarter ending June 30, 2024. Allin Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve the "2024 Fulton County' Tire Recycling Days" as presented from Planning and Mapping/Recycling Director Justin Evans: August 23, 2024, 12:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. and August 24, 2024, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. All Chief Clerk Stacey Golden presented the CCAP PCorP Safety Grant Application to the Commissioners explaining that reimbursements would be for three ADA ramps and to Motion by Commissioner Hann to authorize Commissioner Bunch and Chief Clerk Stacey Golden to execute the CCAP PCorP Safety Grant Application for June 1, 2024- May 31, 2025 Allocation, in the amount of $15,794.42.
