SOP - Revised Submission = This was submitted but have not heard FY24 Appropriations Request Grant - Mr. Randy Krause and Mrs. Jody Poorbaugh had a conference call with an EPA Representative. A grant application needs to be submitted. Acost share waiver will be submitted, if approved, the Authority will not have to provide matching funds. The Borough matches four of the five criteria. March 2024 there were seven days with significant rainfall. Flows rebound to average within 24 to 48 hours. On March 9, there was 0.70 inches of rain. The percentage-capture dropped to around 86.5% that day. The inflow slowed the next day, having constant speed pumps it regained only to 97% for that event. The monthly average regained to 99.1%. Al Main Pump Station CSO event occurred with 0.47" of rainfall for Mach 6, 1. The average BMA only daily "dry weather flow" was 2. The Average BTSA only daily weather flow was 99,300 3. BTSA wet weather daily flow maximum was 245,817 GPD on March 9 (0.70"). BMA flow only that day was 4. The manager will receive 70 hours of vacation with a payout at the current rate. The manager will also receive 162 hours of sick time with a payout at a rate of $20.00 per day. Ar motion was made by Mr. Bertolino and seconded by Mr. Vresilovic to adopt the Manager's vacation and sick time policy to be split between the Borough and the Blairsville Municipal Authority.
