Absent: Vice Chairman Adam Worsley  and County Attorney Nathan Lee Staff Absent: None  Meriwether County Board ofEducation Members Present: Board Chair, Dr. Bob Patterson, District 5, Vice Chair, Chris Owens, District 2, Board Member Willie. A. Hinton, Jr., District1, Board Member Bradley Smith, District 4, andl Board Member Rebecca "Kay" King, District3. Staff: Meriwether County Superintendent, Dr. Robert Griffin and Attorney Michael Hill.  I. CALL TO ORDER  The Special Called Joint Meeting ofthel Meriwether County Board ofCommissioners and the Meriwether County Board of] Education was called to order by Chairman Gene King at 6:00 p.m. The Meriwether County Board of] Education also called their meeting to order. An motion was made by Commissioner Bryan Threadgill and seconded by Commissioner  II. ADOPT AGENDA Emmett Collins to Adopt the Agenda. All were in favor. III. NEWI BUSINESS IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION  An motion was made by Commissioner Bryan Threadgill and seconded by Commissioner Emmett Collins to goi into the Executive Session for the purpose ofReal Estate at 6:01 p.m. A motion was made by Commissioner Bryan Threadgill and seconded by Commissioner  All were ini favor. All were ini favor. V. ADJOURNMENT  Emmett Collins to come out ofthe Executive Session at 6:29 p.m. There was no action taken in the Executive Session.  An motion was made to adjourn the Special Called Joint Meeting of the Meriwether County Board of Commissioners and the Meriwether County Board of Education by Commissioner Bryan Threadgill at 6:30 p.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Emmett Collins.
