SPECIAL SESSION MEETING MARCH 15, 2024  Be it remembered on the 15th day of March at 1:03 o'clock P.M.,  there was Begun and Holden a Special Meeting of the Commissioner's Court in the Courthouse, in the town of Farwell, with the following members present,  To-wit:  Kirk Frye Charles Wilkins Kenny White Sharon May Susie Spring Isabel Izzy Carrasco Casey Russell  Commissioner Pct. #1 Commissioner Pct. #2 Commissioner Pct. #3 County Treasurer County Clerk Judge  Absent:  Commissioner Pct. #4  When the following was had and done, To-wit:  Call to Order  1. Consider and Discuss the Purchase of Loader for use in Precinct #2  Commissioner Frye called the meeting to order. Commissioner Wilkins reported that he wanted to obtained a loader from a public auction and wanted to finance it through Security State Bank. He presented the lease He is financing $125,000.00. Payments are for three years at $46,314.36 annually. He stated that he had the County Attorney review the lease. Commissioner White made the motion to approve the purchase of the loader for Precinct #2, financed through Security State Bank. Commissioner Frye seconded and the motion passed by majority vote.  agreement between the County and the Bank.  See attached.  With no further business to come before the Court, Commissioner White moved toa adjourn. Commissioner Wilkins seconded and adjournment was called at 1:10  o'clock P.M.
