REGULAR MEETING JUNE 27, 2022  Be it remembered on the 27th day ofJune 2022 at 10:04 o'clock A.M., there was Begun and Holden a Regular Meeting of the Commissioner's Court in the Courthouse, in the town of Farwell, with the following members present,  To-wit:  Trey Ellis Kirk Frye Charles Wilkins Kenny White Casey Russell Sharon May BreAnn Saenz Eric Geske, Sheriff Izzy Carrasco Amy Dudley  Judge  Commissioner Pct. #1 Commissioner Pct. #2 Commissioner Pct. #3 Commissioner Pct. #4 County Treasurer Deputy Clerk  Also Present:  When the following was had and done, To-wit:  Call to Order 1. Prayer  Commissioner White led the Court in prayer to begin the meeting.  2. Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag and the Texas Flag The Court pledged their allegiance to the flags of the United States of America and the State of Texas.  3. Open Forum for Public Comments  There were no comments from the public.  4. Consider and Approve Minutes from Previous Meeting  Upon motion to approve the minutes from the Regular Meeting on June 13,2022 by Commissioner White, seconded by Russell, the motion passed.  1    5. Consider Approval and Payment of Accounts Payable-Sharon May  Sharon May reported the Accounts Payable List forJune 27th Motion by White, seconded by Frye to approve Payment of the Accounts Payable.  Motion carried. See attached.  6. Consider Treasurer's Payroll Report-Sharon May  Sharon stated that the Sheriff has one new part time employee, Layla Commissioner Russell made the motion to approve the Treasurer's Payroll Report for June 15, 2022. Commissioner Wilkins seconded and  Martinez.  the motion passed. See attached.  7.C Consider Any and All Matters concerning the Parmer County Law Enforcement  Center.  Sheriff Geske Reported 36 total inmates as ofJune 27 2022. Twenty of which are being housed for Deaf Smith County. He stated that Parmer County would be housing Deaf Smith inmates until December. Sheriff Geske stated there was one suicide about a week ago around the The Sheriff reported he is still attempting to clarify the bids for the  Friona area.  negative pressure room at the jail.  With no further business to come before the Court, Commissioner White moved to adjourn. Commissioner Russell seconded and adjournment was called at  10:50 o'clock A.M.
