SPECIAL MEETING MAY 16, 2022  Be it remembered on the 16th day of May 2022 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., there was Begun and Holden a Special Meeting of the Commissioner's Court in the Courthouse, in the town of Farwell, with the following members present,  To-wit:  Trey Ellis Kirk Frye Charles Wilkins Kenny White Casey Russell Sharon May Susie Spring  Judge  Commissioner Pct. #1 Commissioner Pct. #2 Commissioner Pct. #3 Commissioner Pct. #4 County Treasurer County Clerk  When the following was had and done, To-wit:  Call to Order  1. Discuss Bridge nspecuons-Anthony Self TXDOT  Mr. Self presented the latest bridge inspection report to the Commissioners. He stated the bridges are overall in good shape with no A discussion was held in regard to bridges that TXDOT may not be aware of at the moment. He invited the Commissioners to contact him with locations of any bridges not on the report. He will come and inspect them  outstanding issues that need attention.  and report back to the Commissioner.  2. Canvass of the May 7, 2022 Special Amendment Election  The Court reviewed the results of the Election. See attached. Upon review, Commissioner Russell made a motion to approve the canvass of the Special Election. Commissioner Frye seconded and the Canvass was  approved.  3. Consider Gas Line under County Road  Manuel Toledo applied for a gas line at the intersection of FM 1172 and County Road E. Upon motion from Frye to approve the placement of the line, seconded by White, the motion passed. See attached.  4. Consider Cybersecurity Training through Texas Association of Counties  1    Cybersecurity is required for each County employee yearly. The training Upon motion to approve the training by TAC by Judge Ellis, seconded by  this year is due by August 31st.  Russell, the motion passed. See attached.
