REGULAR MEETING JULY 262021 Be it remembered on the 26th day ofJuly 2021 at 10:01 o'clock A.M., there was Begun and Holden a Regular Meeting of the Commissioner's Courti in the Courthouse, in the town of Farwell, with the following members present, To-wit: Kirk Frye Kenny White Charles Wilkins Casey Russell Trey Ellis Sharon May Susie Spring Commissioner Pct. #1 Commissioner Pct. #3 Commissioner Pct. #2 Commissioner Pct. #4 Judge County Treasurer County Clerk Also present: John Schaumburg, PRPC Jerry Killion, TAC When the following was had and done, To-wit: Call to Order 1. Prayer Commissioner White led the Court in prayer to begin the meeting. 2. Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag and the Texas Flag The Court pledged their allegiance to the flags of the United States of America and the State of Texas. 3. Open Forum for Public Comments No members of the public had comments. 4. Read and Approve Minutes from the Previous Meeting. Upon motion to approve the minutes by Wilkins, seconded by White, the motion passed. 5. Consider Approval and Payment of the Accounts Payable - Sharon May Sharon May reported the Accounts Payable List for July 21st and 26th Motion by Frye, seconded by Russell to approve payment of the Accounts Payables as presented. Motion carried. See attached. 6. Consider Treasurer's Payroll Report-Sharon May Motion by Wilkins, seconded by Frye to approve the Treasurer's Payroll Report for July 15, 2021. Motion carried. See attached. 7. Consider Treasurer's Quarterly Report Sharon May, County Treasurer presented the Quarterly Report for April- June, 2021. Upon motion by Commissioner Russell, seconded by Commissioner White to approve the report as presented, the motion passed. See attached. 8. Consider Resolution and Inter-Local Cooperation Agreement between PRPC and Parmer County for 9-1-1 Addressing Services John Schaumburg presented the resolution and contract for renewal concerning the addressing services delivering 911 calls to the correct location the PRPC provides for Parmer County. Upon a motion by White, seconded by Wilkins to approve the contract and resolution, the motion passed. See attached. 9. Consider Resolution and Inter-Local Cooperation Agreement between PRPC and Parmer County for 911 service and PSAP Equipment John Schaumburg presented the resolution and contract for renewal concerning the 911 equipment and service the PCRC provides for Parmer County. On a motion by commissioner Frye to renew the contract and resolution, seconded by Commissioner White, the motion passed. See attached. 10. Consider County Employee Health Insurance Jerry Killion presented the Texas Association of Counties Health and Employee Benefits Pool renewal for County employees for 2022. He indicated there would be a 7.5% increase in the cost to the County for next year.
