REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 26, 2018 Be it remembered on the 26th day of November 2018 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., there was Begun and Holden a Regular Meeting of the Commissioner's Court in the Courthouse, in the town of Farwell, with the following members present, To-wit: Kirk Frye Steve Cockerham Kenny White Lloyd Bradshaw Trey Ellis Sidnee McDonald Commissioner Pct. #1 Commissioner Pct. #2 Commissioner Pct. #3 Commissioner Pct. #4 Judge Deputy Clerk When the following was had and done, To-wit: Call to Order 1. Prayer Commissioner Bradshaw led the Court in prayer to begin the meeting. 2. Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag and the Texas Flag The Court pledged their allegiance to the flags of the United States of America and the State of Texas. 3. Read and approve Minutes from Previous Meeting Motion by Bradshaw, seconded by Frye to approve the Minutes from the previous meeting. See attached. 4. Consider Approval and Payment of Accounts Payable -1 Larry Johnston Motion by White, seconded by Cockerham to approve the Payment of Bills/Accounts as presented by Mr. Johnston. Motion Carried. See attached. 5. Consider Treasurer's Report - Altha Herington Altha had nothing to report seeing that it was too early for the November 30th payroll, because of the Thanksgiving Holiday. Pass. 6. Consider Re-Scheduling Commissioners Court December 24, 2018 to December 21, 2018 because of Christmas Holidays. Motion by Frye, seconded by Bradshaw to approve the re- scheduling of December 24, 2018 Commissioners Court to December 21, 2018. Motion Carried. 7. Consider Parmer County Employee being paid for Unused Vacation Days. Steve Cockerham approved employee being paid for unused vacation Motion by Bradshaw, seconded by White to accept Chad Jennings being paid for unused vacation days. Motion Carried. See attached. days. 8. Consider Water Line on County Road 7. Motion by White, seconded by Frye to approve the County Road 7 line, between R and Q requested by Jake Steelman. Motion Carried. See attached. 9. Consider Any and All Matters Concerning the Parmer County Law Enforcement Center Sheriff Geries had nothing to report.
