SPECIAL SESSION MEETING NOVEMBER 16, 2023  Be it remembered on the 16TH day of November 2023 at 1:55 o'clock P.M., there was Begun and Holden a Special Meeting of the Commissioner's Court in the Courthouse, in the town of Farwell, with the following members present,  To-wit:  Kirk Frye Charles Wilkins Kenny White Susie Spring Jessica White Isabel Carrasco Casey Russell  Commissioner Pct. #1 Commissioner Pct. #2 Commissioner Pct. #3 County Clerk Election Clerk County Judge Commissioner Pct. #4  Also Present: Absent:  When the following was had and done, To-wit:  Call to Order Election  1. Consider and Discuss the Canvass of the Constitutional Amendment  The Commissioners were presented the tallied results of the Early Voting and Election Day voting for the November 7, 2023 Texas Constitutional Election. The results contained results by precinct as well as the overall The Commissioners discussed the percentage of turnout for each precinct and over-all for the County. Upon motion by Commissioner White to approve the canvass of the results presented, seconded by Commissioner Frye, the motion passed unanimously.  totals for each amendment.  With no further business to come before the Court, Commissioner White moved to adjourn. Commissioner Wilkins seconded.
