Prayer Judge Ellis led the Court in prayer to begin the meeting. 2. Consider Request for ARPA Funds for the Friona EMS Aspen Fleming made a request for the Friona EMS to receive funding al LUCAS Chest Compression System. She also wanted to include a Life for Pac 15 for the Friona EMS third ambulance. The LUCAS total of $18,221.54 and the Life Pac is $36,334.16. After discussion, it was suggested that due to other Pac at a future time if there is sufficient funding is equipment a today and the Life left. A motion was made in the future that the LUCAS equipment be considered requests today and purchase the LUCAS equipment for the Friona EMS from the ARPA by Commissioner funds. The motion passed. Consider Approval and Payment of Accounts Payable-Sharon Sharon May reported the Accounts Payable List for December Motion by Russell, seconded by Wilkins to approve Payment of 19th Accounts Payable as presented. Consider Revision of Vacation Pay-Out Policy seconded Payroll and the motion passed. See attached. Frye Sharon May, Treasurer presented a suggested revision to the Vacation Pay-Out policy. Consider ARPA Funds for County Employees Upon discussion with several of the surrounding counties' employees.
