Due to the high number ofp participants. We currently have 1 head coach and 1 assistant coach, but with an additional assistant coach, its will allowt the participants to geti more done. Motion Consideration and Action to Approve the Success Fee for Hardship Waiver Approval from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the Rehabilitation of the Water City Manager. Robert Salinas stated attached is a copy of the Scope of Services portion of the contract with South Texas Grant Research Center. A. Decision Memorandum from. the EPA in Washington DC, regarding a hardship waiver cost sharing report that was. submitted. to waive the cost. sharing requirement to provide a City match in the amount of 20% oft the cost of the $3.5M fort the City ofAlamo. Receiving the approval from the EPA: saved the City ofAlamo $875,000. Since the waiver was approved by the EPA and the City is no longer fiscally responsible to encumber. or budget the $875,000, there is a. success. fee for obtaining the waiver that is due to STGRC.
