Consideration and Action on Increasing the Pay Rate for Part-time Summer Sports City Manager Robert Salinas stated the Parks and Recreation department would like to request an additional assistant coach to our Tennis Program. Due to the high number ofp participants. We currently have 1 head coach and 1 assistant coach, but with an additional assistant coach, its will allowt the participants to geti more done. Siafrecommends and increase the Head Coach pay rate to 820/hour and assistant coaches' 815 per hour. Additional assistant coach toi the summer tennis program. Consideration and Action on a Waterline Access Agreement with North Alamo Water Supply Corporation for The Three Grandes, Ltd.-) La Barca Estates Subdivision City Manager Robert Salinas stated this is a waterline access agreement between-North Alamo Water Supply Corporation, City of Alamo, and The Three Grandes, for Ltd. -La Barca Estates Subdivision, these agreements are. signed when the subdivisions are completed. Motion Consideration and Action on a Waterline Access Agreement with North Alamo Water Supply Corporation for Tres Canteras, LP- Cantera Hermosa Phase 4 Subdivision. City Manager. Robert Salinas stated this is a waterline access agreement between-North Alamo Water Supply Corporation, City of Alamo, and Tres Canteras, LP- Cantera Hermosa Phase 4 Subdivision, these agreements are. signed when the. subdivisions are completed. Motion Consideration and Action to Approve the Success Fee for Hardship Waiver Approval from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the Rehabilitation of the Water City Manager. Robert Salinas stated attached is a copy of the Scope of Services portion of the contract with South Texas Grant Research Center. A. Decision Memorandum from. the EPA in Washington DC, regarding a hardship waiver cost sharing report that was. submitted. to waive the cost. sharing requirement to provide a City match in the amount of 20% oft the cost of the $3.5M fort the City ofAlamo. Receiving the approval from the EPA: saved the City ofAlamo $875,000. Since the waiver was approved by the EPA and the City is no longer fiscally responsible to encumber. or budget the $875,000, there is a. success. fee for obtaining the waiver that is due to STGRC. Consideration and Action to Approve the Purchase of Fire Equipment Using Hidalgo City Manager Robert Salinas stated this is to purchase a item is seeking the approval of the City Commission for the purchase of Fire Equipment- - see attached quote. The Hidalgo County Fire District No. 4) has granted the City of Alamo $30,000 with no match for the purchase of the fire equipment and will be paid directly to the vendor by Hidalgo County Fire District No. 41 Board.
